Hi there,
Been trying to find a movie, but can't remember the film title!

The whole scene is in psychiatric hospital . The mental hospital is managed by the chief very successfully,it seems it has been managed for generations.The chief uses his own theory to cure his patients and is well known and respected by people.At the beginning a beautiful lady newly comes to this mental hospital to work ,she should be a doctor and she respects the chief and his theory.They get familiar after some days.The chief likes her .She starts to find something strange. In fact ,the chief uses a way to cure people by locking them in the basement ,he personally uses bricks making a wall to make people stay in the room to cure themselves.Once someone is against him ,he will feel he betrays him and uses his way to cure him.After the doctor knows the truth she wants to leave the hospital.The chief catches her and wants to lock her in a small room.When the chief is making the wall using bricks,the doctor wakes up .She shows the chief the ring he gave her before,the chief stops.She knocks the chief and runs out.At the end ,it seems that the father of the chief is not dead.He is locked by the chief ,too.He gets out and shouts.That may be the chief's imagination or real.

My English is poor,sorry.I saw this movie in the early 90's on video cd.Now I can still remember most scenes in this movie ,but I can't remember the name.
