Hi,

I have a Trane Xe 1200. It was working fine till couple of weeks back, but last week I noticed that the rooms were not getting cold after a long time. On checking the vents found that even though the thermostat says it is ruuning, there was very low to none air flow coming through the ducts, but the unit seems to be ruuning both ibside th house and the condenser outside.

I have called a mechanic to come and do a check, but any ideas on what the problem could be.

Could be a blower motor problem
Dirty air filter
Restricted return air or turned off registers
Coil frozen over causing air blockage
And the list goes on.
