How much does it cost for a basement bathroom rough in?
We are considering having a bathroom, kitchen and laundry room roughed into our basement and trying to get an idea of how much it will cost.

Have you had any of the above projects done? How much did it cost?

    Thanks :)

A lot of it is going to be dependent on what your basement is currently like. Is it concrete base? They are going to have to cut into that for waste lines.

We had it done a few years ago in NH and it cost 9k (bathroom and laundry, new waste lines, etc.) so it might run you that much or more.

Best bet is to get a plumber/contractor in for a real estimate. There are too many factors involved to guess here.

It's difficult to estimate material and labor on your job without a wholesalers price list and the labor conditions, (union or nonunion) in your area so we don't attempt to do so. However, $ 9 K seems to be about right. Regards, Tom
