    Hello b:

    Just write him a letter, and send a copy to the prosecutor. Ask the judge to consider your letter a motion for early release.

    However, just because you want it isn't reason enough for you to get it. Were you told that you could be released in a year? In my view, unless you had a deal or a prior promise, they're not going to consider your request.
