5 year old with small, clear, wartlike bubbles on arm
Hello :)
My daughter has what I THOUGHT was 3 small warts on her forearm, on the underside of it below her wrists. My first thought was warts. So I got the wart remover (tried the liquid one that takes a few weeks, then tried the freeze off) but neither of those worked.
Then I noticed that up the arm, on the underside of her elbow (her elbows armpit) there is a cluster of several small, clear bubbles. Very small, like if you look at those pins used in sewing, with the multicolored tips, or the little rubber tips on a hairbrush.
She will be going to the doctor as soon as her insurance kicks in (still waiting for the confermation, and its obviously not a life or death situation as she has had it for a month or 2 now)
Does anyone have experience with this?
The 3 wart looking things don't look the same, they look like small average warts

No they don't seem to bother her, and they aren't itchy. Which I why I'm sure its not a rash or her normal ezcema or chicken pox or anything like that.

This is the best one I got.
If you can even SEE the picture :P the tiny little spots look like very tiny pin size blisters, and they are clear and shiny.
They don't hurt or itch or burn, and there is no redness around them.

Yeah I say heat blisters too.
I have had them a lot of times when I was in the sun.
Heat blisters don't hurt unless maybe they are really severe.
I never had the wart type things but I have had the watery heat blisters.

OK. Is there anything I can do about it? Or just let it go away on its own since its not bothering her or hurting.

I am wondering if she has two different things because the little blisters just rub off and probably no big deal but whatever you are saying look like warts I don't know anything about.

The wart things are probably just warts. My whole family says they are warts. Once she has her insurance in the next few weeks ill take her in to get them 'professionally' frozen off. Or at least looked at.
Something that I rememberd, is it possible to pass 'HPV' to a child if you have it when you are pregnant and give birth to her? I know that SOME std's will transfer to the baby that way, but I'm not sure about hpv. It made me think about it because I had the type of hpv that causes general warts (not its not a typo, NOT genital) its gone now, I didn't even know I had it until last year, and the doctor said he had no way of knowing how LONG I had it, since my husband doesn't have it and he is the only one I've been with for a good 4 years now almost.

I am sure that HPV can be transferred at birth because my daughter was concerned when she was pregnant. But it should have been diagnosed then I would think. I don't think it would suddenly show up years later.
