    Filing of Indian Tax return
    Hi,

I am on H1-B and currently in US. I get part of my salary in India, however the annual income is less than 1.50 lakh. Is it mandatory that I should still file my return?

    Thanks!

Yes. Once your H-1B visa became effective, ALL world-wide income is subject to U.S. income taxes if your work location was within the borders of the United States.
