    Serious pregnancy dilemma.
Okay, first I'd like to warn anyone reading this that it WILL be lengthy but I really really need the advice.

Okay so I'm an idiot and didn't wear a condom with this girl I've been seeing for only 2 months... She said she was on the pill but apparently something went wrong because she is a week late now, has been vomiting (but didn't today thankfully) claims her breasts are tender and she is always exhausted, she took a pregnancy test but claims that the test indicator wasn't very clear... she said that the test said a solid horizontal dark blue line will be not pregnant and a solid "+" sign will indicate pregnancy, the results... "A very solid dark blue horizontal and a very light faint blue line going through it"... She is 20 years old and I'm 22... I am still 9 months away from getting my degree and she is a solid year and a half away... I don't know how I am going to do this if she is pregnant, much less explain to her parents WHO I HAVEN'T EVEN MET YET that I got their daughter pregnant. Basically I am NOT the type that would run away, I'll man up and raise the child and be a good father... But I'm absolutely petrified on how to tell my parents and hers... Any advice or similar stories of your own would really make me feel a lot better... I've also maintained in front of her that I am calm about it... I don't think she needs me freaking out right now.

Any line no matter how faint is a positive result. To confirm go to md and get a blood test. Make sure she read the test in the alloted time as this is sure to cause a false positive.

This is absolutely correct. No matter how faint the line, it counts as a positive result. If she's a week late, its still very early, all the more reason the line could be faint.

She can try another brand of test (use exactly as directions state) and then a doc needs to run a blood test.

    1. first of all determine a positive or negative pregnancy test.

    2.discuss what you want together.

3.It takes two to tango.. YOU BOTH are responsible.not just you.

4.your both adults. You are both informing her parents, not looking for forgiveness.

5.take one step at a time.
