    Vop possible prison term
    I was in long term inpatient program and only had 28 days left so I left integrity house because they wanted to send me back to phase one.I left the program and with in 24 hrs I was in another one.I tried to contact my po and left countless messages for her and to let her know where I was so she violated me and on the vop it said that I left program and whereabouts were unknown.I bailed out and went back to program and mind you that I'm a cocaine addict but having given clean urines she's not happy about the new program I'm facing a 5 with 85% this is my second violation and I'm doing the right thind do you ill go to prison?

    You didn't say what your original conviction was for or the length of your probation. You will have to face the judge at your VOP hearing at which time the judge will determine your fate. It could be jail time and more probation or more probation and programs to attend. We have no way of knowing what your particular judge will do not knowing all the specifics of your particular case.
