My question was why do the biological parents get terminate their rights and pay no support, but when I want to terminate my rights, I still have to pay support, this is not my bio child nor adoptive child what is wrong with the legal systems. Can someone tell me what to do. She lives with my ex who has a problem with me . The child is a go between and all she does is causes confusions.

How were the parents allowed to terminate their rights? Was the child TAKEN from them?

How did you come to be the child's conservator?

She was placed with me by her father, then cps got involved and they were trying to send her back to Oklahoma, but no one there wanted her. So they made me managing conservatory over her. Now she lives with my ex and I have to pay support.

Was she also placed with your ex? If so, she is like any other child. You were ordered responsible, so you have to be responsible.

Sorry you feel wronged, but try losing a child... then you will really know what wronged means.
