    Cramping and burning sensation.
    I am a 14 year old girl am sexually active I was wondering that I have a sensation burning and sometime cramping under my belly buttom and all my pregnancy test where negative and my blood test I didn't have an ulatrasound.also the middle part of my back hurt what could this be can you help me out.if you need more info I will be glad to answer

    You need to go to a doctor to rule out uti or kidney infection.
