    Letting Customer know I receive a commission
    I work with a software company selling software and services. I want to send an email to customers in my territory letting them know I will receive a small commission when they process their support orders through my office. Do you think the customers will feel it is tacky of me to mention I receive a commission when they work directly with me?

    Yes I do, my opinion after almost thirty some years in sales. Why is it necessary to tell them if it is very small? I think that some may not be concerned but some may not understand if this is not normal practice.
