    Water damage to wood
I am considering purchasing a property but I noticed that under the kitchen sink it has some water damage to the wood. The wood is warped toward the back. It doesn't smell bad or anything but I heard there still could be mold on it. Does only that part need to be replaced or could it have damaged the surrounding area. If so, how expensive to repair? Thanks

This flat deck always takes a beating from drripping valves and drains. Lay toilet paper all over that deck and if the leak is active you will see it. All drips can be repaired as can that small piece of plywood, cut it out and replace

How to know if a car has water damage [ 4 Answers ]

I recently drove my Toyota Camry through a very large puddle at a very low speed. The car still runs fine with no strange noises. I am worried that it may have acquired some water in the engine. Should I get this checked out to prevent any future problems?
