    Foot-lock bathtub drain
Please tell me how to remove or loosen the big screw that is under the first twist-off top of the foot-lock drain in my bathtub. After removing the top we have tried to use a screwdriver to turn the screw left to remove to clear the drain but we are stuck.

    Hi Myra,

I've put up three types of tub stoppers. Do you see yours among them?

Bathtub drain [ 1 Answers ]

Anyone care to share their preference for the lever type bathtub drain vs the lift and turn type. I have always had the lever type stopper but I don't think they have worked real well after they get a little age on them.
