Hello :) thanks for reading..

I have been with my boyfriend for nearly a year now, we are both virgins and we have decided that we are both equally ready for sex.. We have had sex about 5 times now in general. The first five times were great, there wasn't much pain going on.. it kind of hurt the second time but I was fine, Something is really confusing me.. I didn't have any vaginal bleeding the first 5 times we've been sexually active with each other but than tonight we had Intercourse and when I got home I realized there was blood on my underwear and it's starting to freak me out because now I had to put a light day on seeing as how the I am still bleeding off and on..

I had a boyfriend 2 years ago who I was also sexually active with at the time, He had fingered me on night and I was pretty sure he popped my cherry because I did feel something and it did bleed which is why I just don't understand what this blood is from tonight and why it took the 5th time of sex for me to get Vaginal Bleeding.

If someone could help me out it would be gratefully appreciated.

Was the sex rough at all? Was there enough lubrication?

Well it didn't seem that rough, I felt no pain at all which is why It confused me when I saw the blood.. we did not use Lubricant seeing as how I was fine the first 5 times without it.. We also weren't using a condom but we didn't use it the last 2 times as well because we haven't been able to get any, but I am on Birth Control..

Bleeding can be caused by a number of things, including little lubrication to cervical irritation or even the beginning of your period.

I thought we would have been fine without The Lubrication because the other times, even the first time all went very well when it came to pain and what not. My period isn't due for another 2 and a half weeks..

But I realize it's hard to say what the problem is, I would talk with my doctor but my mother comes into appoitments with me and even though I am nearly 17 and have been with my bofriend for nearly a year she does not know I am sexually active..
I am scared to tell her because my little brother already lost his at 14 & I don't want to be the to break her heart which is why I decided to try askmehelpdesk , but I do understand if it's too hard to say.

If your mother comes in with you, how did you get on Birth Control?

I got the birth control to Regulate my period but when I got home and read the package it is to regulate periods and Prevent Pregnancy,
It is the next morning and I am still having on and off Vaginal Bleeding..

How long have you been on the Birth control. Sometimes the pill can make you irregular right at first before balancing your cycle out.

Also, talk to your doctor about the bleeding. Privately if you wish. He needs to know about the bleeding, no matter what the cause of it.

Try using a lube, rather than relying on your bodys to lubricate the process. Sometimes us women aren't as 'wet' as we like. And lube may make it better.

I have been on Birth Control 7-8 months, Sometimes my period does come irregular still, but this just doesn't feel and look like a Period.. & it had happened right after we had Intercourse.

I do have a doctors appoitment on Friday, maybe I should try telling my Mother that I am old enough to go in alone so I can the doctors about this problem..

How is your relationship with your mother? If you don't have any anxiety about it, could you possibly just tell your mother that you are embarrassed about her being in there with you? Sure, she may pick up on that and figure out that you are sexually active, but being that your 17, she may be understanding. And even if she isn't, she will find out one day won't she? Even if its after you're an adult.

I have an all right relationship with my mother, I mean we argue but who doesn't? I just finished asking her if I could go in alone since I'm nearly 17 and she asked me if it was because of sex, I said no because I feel as if I can't tell her, She won't have as much trust in me, she won't let me hang out late at night if she knows how sexuall active I am. My little brother has been having sex since 14, I just don't want to be the next to break my mother's heart.. I am in a situation where I am terribly scared to lose my privalidges and break her out if she finds out I am no longer a virgin..

You are not 14. You are 17.

The fact that she was open enough to ask you 'is it because of sex' tells me she already suspects that you are having sex in the first place. You might want to go to her and come clean. Something like 'mom, I'm sorry I lied, but I have had sex before, I was just worried and ashamed to tell you'

It sounds like your mom loves you, and wants the best for you, and she can't help you if she doesn't know everything.

Could it be possible that he triggered my period over 2 weeks early from intercourse..

I know my mom loves me, and I know I'm nearly 17 but I'm kind of scared to tell her because I will lose my privalidges and I will break her heart as well.. she always says how proud she is of me and how much she's glad I'm not into that stuff with guys and such..
I don't want her to think WAY differently of me in the long run..
