    can I move with my kids out of the country without dad
    my x has been a deadbeat doesn't pay support and went to jail for it. Can I leave the country?

    Not if u both from the same country and he is on there birth papers... unless he or a court sign him unfit or he say its OK.

    Missdizzy - that may not be 100% accurate.

    OP... what country do you live in and what is the status of the relationship (Do you have joint custody, sole custody, nothing ever legally established... )

    Do you want to go on vacation out of the country or move? What country are you leaving?
