You think State farm Liability cover garage door damage ?
Hopefully can get some help from you.

I put the wrong gear and my car ran into the garage and damage the door pretty bad.

I only have the state farm auto Liability Coverage, which it says it can cover up to $10,000 property damage.

I rent that house. In WA state.

please let me know if the Liability insurance will cover or not...

    please please.. it's a BIG BIG help!~~

    thank you X1000000.

They should pay for that under the property damage part of liability. It was an auto accident.

Certainly sounds like it would be covered.

But why are you asking us? Why not ask your agent? Or just file a claim and see what happens?

Your liability insurance would probably cover it. But considering the added premiums you would face as a result it may be to your advantage to just pay for the damage yourself and not involve your insurance company.

Your Liability coverage would take care of this. I would advise getting an estimate for the repairs first. Then check with your agent to see how filing the claim would affect your premium because each state's laws are different when it comes to assessing premium surcharges for claims.
