    Employee theft
    Hi,
    My brother has stolen $24 hat from his employee place because he didn't get paid hour he worked. He talked about this matter with his manager but they didn't fix it so finally he was made on him and he took wrong decision. He was guilty for doing that so he put that hat back after 16 days but he worried about he might caught in camera for doing this thing. I also worried about him. It's passed almost 26 days after this incident but nobody say anything to my brother and he still working there.
    I need suggetion about he has to quit his job. They can take action against him after 26 days or not.

    Whether he quits his job or not if they find out he would be in the same amount of trouble.
    If he stays and they find out of course they can fire him on the spot.

    Why doesn't your brother have proof that he didn't get paid right?
    Is there somebody above the manager that he can complain to?
