    Southwind V Ceiling Fan
I had an electrician install my ceiling fan. Everything seems to work fine including the handheld remote control. THe handheld control lets me select three fan speeds and off, but I can not locate in the manual or feeling around the unit itself for a switch that would enable me to put the fan direction into reverse. Can someone help me out please.

If the reverse function is not on the remote it will be on the fan body somewhere, near the remote receiver or motor. I can't find documentation on the Southwind so I can't tell you exactly where it is. It might also be hidden in the light fitter.

Thanks for the help. After talking to the electrician, I have located the reverse function switch. It is a small black plastic switch underneath the fan blades above the dome light fixture. The switch moves in a vertical direction for forward and reverse.
