I live in CA and want to add my daughter to the title of my home. What form do I need to complete and bring to the County Recorder's Office to do this?

First is there a lien on the home, you may, depending on your deed need to get their permission first.

Next is it a house or a mobile home, a moble home has a title, a house has a deed.

But you to add someone, have to write a new deed and file it with the recorder of deeds.
