    You contact Hampton Bay directly. Here are a list of phone numbers, since a lot of different manufacturers make Hampton Bay products:

    But the easiest thing to do is to bring your entire fan back to Home Depot and exchange it.

    The light cover on the ceiling fan broke so I need a replacement. Model AC-554f809

    We have no relationship to any company. Find the brand of fan and contact the manufacturer. "a silver Fan with clear blades and neon lights" tells us nothing.
