    Child custody
    I have two boys who live with their dad in orlando Florida and I live in charlotte North Carolina,he's trying to put me on child support but I want my boys to live with me.How do I go about getting custody of my boys??

    Hire a good lawyer.

    Then you will need to file for a change of custody. Be warned: unless you can provide a solid reason why changing custody is in the best interest of the kids, your change of custody will be denied. Courts tend to not like to change custody if there is not a compelling reason.

    Your first step is to get a good lawyer. Then the two of you can work up a good case to prove to the judge why it would be in the best interest of the children to change custody.
