    Need info. On a co-signer for apartment
    My father is considering co-signing for an apartment for me but wants to know all info on the topic. I may get a low income apartment if he co signs will the rent still go by what I money I make?

    Doesn't the landlord set the rent amount? What does it have to do with your income?

    If your father cosigns, he is responsible for your rent and the lease agreement if you can't pay.
