    Thermostat location
    Our thermostat is located behind hall door. Is this a bad location

    Yes,, bad location,needs to be on a open wall not behind door,not in a corner,not on a outside wall,not close to the door that goes outside
    Preferred to be close to the center of the house and in area somewhat close to the return air vent, but no closer than 10 feet if possible
