    Talking to Collection Agencies
I called a collection agengcy that called me. They told me they were taking me to court over a debt that I don't think is mine. I asked them to send me the paper work and they told me I could either settle the debt right now or see them in court. Basically they were trying to scare me but it didn't work. Now how do I get a copy of what they have with out seeing them in court?

    Thanks Robyn

Correect tell them to put it in writing and never speak to them again. Only in writing. There will e no confusing about what is going to happen. Make them verify they debt in writing.
