How do I be myself again around a crush? I have changed my personality and my work schedule because of someone I had a crush on at work. I believe the crush also liked me back also. Since they have started working at my place of my employment, I've felt very unsure of myself and don't know how to act, when I get around them. I just don't act like myself anymore, because I felt that my crush, did not like who I really was or I wasn't, meeting my crushes standards. I have to return to work soon, and I know that my crush will be there. What should I do?

Oh this is a good one, I find its hard to be yourself sometimes around someone you really admire and like, I also found my body temp rose, and I wanted to run away and scream with excitement.

I always turned into a much MORE obnoxious person. It's always different when you care about their opinion more than anyone else. Being aware enough to realize you are doing it at times is a very good start. I've always found that it was easier for me if I could see them as more of a regular person, they are less mysterious if you are around them. Unless you are doing something that harms yourself to please him I would say just take your time. You'll be less nervous eventually, especially if you are confident that you are worth knowing.
