    Air conditioning and thermostat?
    P.S
    AND WHEN WE TURN THE THEMOSTAT UP TO 80 TO TURN THE FAN OFF , THE AIR CONDITIONER KICKS OFF ALSO
    We want to keep the thermostat at around 76, but the air conditioner and fan keeps running continuoisly

    Please stick to your original post, it makes things much easier. Does the home ever get down to 76? If not, then you have problems with the system. If it does reach 76 and stays on, you may need a new thermostat.
