    If a house has been in foreclosure for 5 months should I rent it on a month to month
    I am currently living in a friends bedroom just moved to FL and there is my 3 dogs and myself and my boyfriend and we need to get out into our own home, the house across the street is in foreclosure but the owner will rent to us on a month to month basis, how long will it take the bank to finish forcloseing it has been in foreclosure for 4-5 months now?

    Be very careful here. If the home is in foreclosure, then you might have to suddenly deal with the bank that is holding the note and find yourself out on the street because of an eviction.

    The foreclosure process is lengthy but if you take that house don't even hope to get a lease for the home.

    Personally, I suggest that you find someplace for rent that is not tied up in knots just begging for an additional problem.
