    Name on mortgage
Back in 2003 we refinanced our mortgage since I had the best credit score my spouse

Was not included in the new loan, she recently tried to get access to the loan information

And was told she was not allowed she is concerned that if anything would happen to me

How would she claim legal rights to the home. Also because of the loan amount I recently

Cannot get any approved credit due to the high amount of debt under my name.

Who's name is on the title?

If anything were to happen to you, you should have a will naming her as executor of your estate (and vice versa). Then she would have legal grounds for access to the records.
