First and foremost man you're asking a question that literally EVERY MAN WANT'S TO KNOW. I hate to tell you this but there is no equation. There are tells though. Tells are usually little body language signals that tell you she is into you. There are many different one's out there. If she laughs at all of your jokes, or if she point's her feet at you when you are sitting down and talking. (The pointing of the feet shows interest.) Just try looking for if she smiles in your direction, if she notices simple things, if she approaches you and starts conversations. Those are all pretty good tells. And don't be nervous man. I know this sounds cliché but honestly be yourself. I can't tell you exactly how much confidence means when talking to people. If you carry yourself like you like yourself and your confident, people will naturally gravitate to you. Don't worry if you screw up saying something or asking her out, because honestly the worst thing she could say if you ask her out is no. She won't kill you, or embarrass you. Just remember to be yourself and confident of who you are and good things will come to you.

Well you can tell when a girl likes you because she shows you, try just smiling or something, and if she smiles back she could be just being nice, or that she likes you back, either way you have showed her now that you have noticed her , and if you do this every single day it will soon get to her that you like her,, oh and try being every where she is so that way she has no other choice but to notice you... lol something else all girls are different so if she's the quiet type she will not say anything to you,, Try to find the most you can about her... I myself like guys who know what I want and like... It makes me feel like they are paying attention/listening to me,, and girls love the attention.. trust me.. all girls doooooo.. lol Have you seen 50 first dates the movie.. you should see it,, it might help a little bit...
