    Power windows are sluggish
I have a 1990 accord and having problems with both windows. The drivers side goes down easy but rolling it back up, it tilts forward putting it off track from the rubber molding and will stop at 3/4 the way up. I have to pull the window and use the switch to roll it all the way up. The passenger window will go down halfway and stop and will not go down any further. Could the window motors be going? Why is the window tilting forward?

First try spraying the tracks with dry teflon lube spray. It's available at any home center or hardware store. Sprays on as a liquid, dries to a slippery powder. That helps if friction is the problem.
