How to be removed from a deed
My mother passed and her property was willed to her children by her power of attorney by my older sister who signed all of our names to the deeds, as my mother did leave a will.

    My condolences on your loss.

I think you're mixing up a few terms here and it's making it difficult to understand your question. If your mother passed away then any power of attorney that your older sister had became void. Since your mother left a will, the executor of her estate was responsible for transferring her property to the people listed in the will. It sounds like your older sister was also the executor of the estate, and that the will left the property to all of the children. So your older sister prepared a deed transferring that property to all of the children.

Are you saying now that you don't want to be one of the owners? If that's the case then you have to prepare a deed transferring your ownership interest to the others. You can transfer it to all of them, or to some of them, or to one of them, or to anyone you want. If you give us some more info about what you want to do then we can give you a little more direction.
