    Hello:

    I don't know about you, but I'm really enjoying Gene Simmons reality show, "Gene Simmons Family Jewels". I'm not a KISS fan, and I thought it was going to be about sex, drugs and rock 'n roll.

    But, noooooo... It's about family, and his kids. I LOVE his kids. And, his wife, Shannon Tweed. She was a Playboy centerfold. I STILL have her pic pinned up in my room. Ok, I don't. But, I remember...

    Did you know he was Jewish? Whoever heard of a heavy metal rock god of the Jewish persuasion?

    I'm the opposite of you excon, I'm a huge Kiss fan but don't care for the show that much. I've always found Simmons somewhat creepy, Paul Stanley seems like a much more regular guy.

    Simmons was born in Haifa, Israel and his real name was Chaim Witz. Paul Stanley is also Jewish, real name Stanley Eisen. David Lee Roth of Van Halen is also Jewish.
