Do I go out further than pool size and how much do I dig out and how much sand do I use it's a 24 ft pool

Put a stake in ground at center of pool location.

With string around stake, measure out 12' 6'',draw circle on ground with spray paint.

Start at lowest point of ground remove dirt to level.

If u want, measure in from outer edge of circle 30'' and slope to center of pool no more then 9''.

Put in 2'' sand to protect liner and install pool.
