    Partnership with sister going bad?
Ok here's the deal, I work with primerica financial services, I'm a representative and so is my sister, she hired me meaning in a few promotions she would be able to over ride me(get a pesentage of my work).but if I pass her up he won't be able to. The thing is, I'm about to pass her up and get promoted before her and she doesn't want that. Were in a partnership, I would think she would be happy for me instead of being angry at the situation. I mean I'm not the only person in the world who she's going to over ride. Anyway I don't really know what to do with the situation because I would have a whole different raction if someone on my team was getting promoted. I would be happy for them. So any advice on how to deal with this? Please help asap

I don't understand the "partnership" if you are each employed and one could be promoted over the other??

Even if you get promoted, can she get promoted latter over others also? I guess would this make you always over her and always earning more money

You worked hard and earned the promotion; she should be happy for you. Perhaps this will be the catalyst for her to step up. Hopefully she will get over it and can still be promoted later.
