    Replac basement toilet flange
I took out an old rusted toilet flange in my basement and was left with some kind of abs collar with a white nylon looking inner ring which leaves me a 4" hole. It looks like I can get an abs flange in leaving it level with the tile floor. Am I thinking right? Do I have to remove this collar?
