Has her feelings changed?
I've been going out with my girlfriend for about one year and 2 months we have been through a lot together she has been there for me when I needed her I've been there for her when she really needed me the most sometimes we have our bad times but it doesn't happen a lot we stop for a while and all of a sudden we go right back at it we are both tired of this and trying to find a way to stop but nothing seems to work but we don't want to brake up wit each other. Lately there has been some differences in our relationship we talk less every time we see each other I always see her mad or sad she has told me that she has been having some feelings that she wants to be friends but she also tells me that she still wants me to be her boyfriend what can I do to try helping her stay with me and not be friends but also make the right choice so she can be happy as well??

Your feelings might still be strong, but these are signs of a decline in your relationship. You would probably feel regret if you break up now. But if you keep going forward without any progress, then you will break up anyway.
I suggest that you keep trying to talk to each other and working things out. If you don't feel any progress from your communications, then you'll know it's time to end things.

Talk to her about things, get the line of communication open and see if things can be worked on or if it's best to part ways now.

How about a break, for you each to have some alone time. Then you can appreciate being together.
Don't give up who you are for a relationship.
Find things that you both can do separately that you enjoy.

The others are right, as only through honest communications can you resolve your issues.
