If you partake of a hotel's ''open computer'' and or a ''complimentry'' continental breakfast without being a guest at the hotel and no one while you are there ''challenges'' you , can there be a charge posed on you later??

If you partake of hotel services such as 'open comuter time' or a 'continental breakfast' at a hotl you are not registered at , and are not challenged while you are doing so. Can you be charged with breaking any law afterwards??
