    Renters rights following a foreclosure
    The house I am renting in chatham Illinois has been sold in a foreclosure. How long do I have to vacate?

    Under the new law you have 90 days, but they may try to move you out sooner. So answer any legal notices and go to court if they try a eviction sooner.
