    L1 to H1 transfer
    HI ,

    I am currently working on L1 for company A and company B has sponsored me an H1, which also got approved. So I can work from oct 1 2009 for company B.

    Since my wife is with me and she holds an L2 we were planning to fly back India in September 05 through OCt 03 and during this visit we will get the stamping done .

    Is that okay to do , any implications for that

    All good, please note you can only apply for the H visa maximum 10 days prior to October 1.
