    Divorce with assult charges
    How will a person pleading guilty to assult charges affect their divorce with a custody ballte invovled?

    Depends on who the assault was on. If it was against the kids, it will make a dramatic difference in the custody. If it was against the spouse, it can make a big difference. If it was against someone unrelated, chances are it will have little effect.
