Hi I'm 21 and am 8 days late for my period. I took a test at 5 days late in the evening and it was negative. But I just feel weird, I'm letting out wind a lot, have trouble going to the toilet, am urinating more often, have a wateryish clear dischrge practically running from me and I'm having like butterflies in my stomach. I just don't know what to think! HELP!

Try taking another home pregnancy test with your first mornings urine, that is how you can receive the accurate results.

First of all, it's best to take a pregnancy test with first morning urine. So take the test first thing in the morning. Have you taken more than one? Are you trying to get pregnant? Are you on birth control and/or using condoms?

Best thing to do is take another test in about a week. I'm not sure hwat you mean by butterflies in your stomach. You wouldn't be 'feeling' the baby inside you yet at this point. But all you can do it wait it out. You could just be late for your period because of stress, changes in diet, sleeping patterns etc.

I don't think she is describing the feeling of a baby kicking, I think she means that her stomach is feeling weird which could be a sign of morning sickness if she really is pregnant. Otherwise she is paranoid and feeling symptoms based on her paranoia.

No I do not mean feeling a baby I mean like quezzy. No I'm not using birth control or condoms wer not exactly trying but have gone on the philosophy if it happens it happens. Imy partner suggested waiting a week and then trying wit 1st morning urine, I asked my friend about her pregnancy and she was 11 weeks before a positive result but id like to know!

You can try again tomorrow with your first morning's urine, just for peace of mind. If it's still negative then wait another week and try again if you still have not menstrated.
