I'm 37 and 3 days or 38 and 3 days pregnant. I've been having bh and pressure the last few weeks also bowel movements up to for a day. Is that normal. I have a lot of creamy watery discharge just in the morning not much by day. I have been taking primrose oil capsules and raspberry the last 3 days and walking. Is castor oil safe to take? I think I lost my mucus plug about 3-4 weeks ago. Small bits. Is that possible?

Yes, increased bowel movements can be normal, as is the increased discharge. Braxton Hicks and pressure are also normal at this stage. Evening primrose oil and red raspberry leaf tea are usually both fine at this point, but there is no need for the castor oil.

Perfectly normal to have started to lose some of the mucus plug as well. You are at the anytime stage... things could start in the next couple of days, or it might be a few weeks yet... either scenerio is perfectly normal.

For now try to rest when you can, pamper yourself, enjoy quiet time with your partner, family and friends.
