    Travel Restriction while on Probation
    I am on six years probation for a mistemanor forcible tourch, the case is currently been appeal, my business involve travelling oversea that is how I make a living, how do I have that restriction lifted

    When you were in court at the sentencing hearing your attorney would have requested permission for business travel.

    You will have to get the probation officers permission

    Hello j:

    We've got problems... The MOST probation you could do under a misdemeanor conviction is ONE year - not SIX, and I doubt whether you'll be able to leave the country.
