    Deduction from Salary Paycheck
Okay very confusing in words but I will try:

I am paid on a 100 hour salary for 2 weeks. I work 110 hours and don't ask for overtime or anything.

I work 10 hours M-F not including my 1 hour lunch
I work 7 hours on Saturday not including my 1 hour lunch

I left work one day at 12:00 for a graduation.
Then the Store was closed Monday for Momorial (not Paid)

I am wondering if it is legal to detuct from the 100 hour salary even though I worked 96 hours.
What my employeer is doing is taking away from the 100 so she is minusing 15 hours from 100 even though I worked 96.
    What can I do?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is how I'm reading it: you took off early on a Friday afternoon, and did not work at least 5 hours that day. You also had off on Memorial Day, and did not work those 10 hours. If you did not work the 100 hours, then why do you expect to be paid for 100 hours?

What does your contract say about taking time off and holiday pay?
