    Finding a Will
How & where does one begin a "search" to find out if a will was filed with the courts?

    Hi, vinmaria!

Is this a will that was filed in the U.S. or somewhere else, please?

    Thanks!

The family of the deceased is trying to establish if a will was drawn up with an attorney and properly filed with the courts in the US.

The family has no knowledge of an attorney the deceased might of used, yet the deceased left assets.

Is there such a thing as a "probate search" in the state of NJ?

Thank you for your help & assistance.
