    What could this mean?
    Hey guys...
I'm 14 years old and have recently been feeling sick.
I was just wondering if there was anything to help?
My symptoms are... I feel sick after a cold meal or heavy meal, slight smells make me feel sick, I shake a lot and I have been really tired lately.
I know your probably thinking I might be pregnant, but I'm still a virgin :)
Any ideas as to what this might be?
    Thanks xx

Well the best thing would be to mention it to your parents and get to a doctor. Don't wait around for us to "guess" what it is.

I think u should see a doctor. It could be pms, but I don't know. Just mention it to your parents and see what they think.

It could be a blood sugar problem, a vitamin deficiency, hormonal, inadequate sleep, or a dozen other, easily treatable things. Only a doctor can tell. Don't worry and don't wait. See your doc. Inform your parents.

Yep my first thought was low blood sugar. Especially if you eat and it goes away. But I am not doctor and that's where you should go.

Yep you need to see a doctor it could be any of the things Taplr said or more. You could have food allergies too. Write down everything you eat and see if there is more of a pattern like lunch meat, bread, etc...

Lunch meat has a lot of preservatives and some people are allergic to wheat.
Also many foods have message which can have a bad effect on you. Soda and fountain drinks are another thing to watch out for especially diet soda and diet foods.

You could also be lacking protein.
