Doctor reported lab results incorrectly from genetic testing; is he at fault?
My daughter was given incorrect genetic testing results during her pregnancy. As a result of receiving incorrect information, signed off by the physician, she was forced make her decision to terminate her pregnancy within a brief 48 hour period. This agony could have been avoided if she had been given the correct test results instead of the absolutely incorrect information, opposite of the truth.

At a later date, the doctor's office sent my daughter her medical record and it contained the complete record of another patient; this is a complete breech of HIPPA regulations and an indication of the poor care she has been a victim of.

The sad outcome of her 6 month pregnancy would not have been any different, but the timing and heartache and suffering could have been minimized.

Please send us a message to let us know if there is a way to alert/reprimand the doctor so that other women do not have to suffer through the poor quality of care that he & his office delivered.

    Thank you.

    Hello p:

A lawsuit would do that job just fine. Go see a malpractice lawyer.
