    Troybilt riding mower locked down
    I have a 17.5 hp troy-bilt mower and the transmission and motor is locked down. Do you know what would cause this?

    Can you give another description of what they are doing other than locked down? Does the engine start?

    I have a troy-bilt riding lawn mower. A piece of wire got caught in the blade and choked down. The wire is removed but now it won't crank. Starter engage but won't turn
