    If you want to buy it, you go to the auction with the money to buy it

    Well, the point is that particular home was in foreclosure a year ago , and now is at the local court listed to be on auction , so how can I get it , I got to be a realtor ? How is going to be the whole procces is like bidding auction , starting at ?
    What is the factor to take in consideration to bid on it , square ft ?

    you take the value of it when bidding. The bidding at a auction is open to anyone who has the money to bid.
