    Pelvic ultrasound?
I was wondering do pregnancy's at around 6 weeks always show up on pelvic ultrasounds? I asked for the transvaginal but my doctor wouldn't do it. The only thing that my doctor could see from the results was that I had an enlarged uterus? I have had ongoing pregnancy symptoms for two months and my blood tests are negative. Could it still be possible or should I just give up hope.

At 6 weeks they don't always show up depending on the location of the placenta, the tilt of the uterus, etc.

If your blood tests are negative, most likely you are not pregnant.
